Tales from the Beltline

The Beautiful Facade shown here is an architectural remnant of the Great Cotton States Exposition of 1895, held for 100 days in Atlanta, GA, in what would become Piedmont Park.

*Tales from the Beltline is a new series, started in January 2014 thanks to Gina’s bicycle. The images here will serve to connect stories of real people, historical facts, but also the threads of memory, legend, and oral tradition, showing that the “modern” photographs we make today will soon become historic themselves.
